Senior Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the finance operations team and oversee all aspects of day-to-day accounting. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions. This role requires a leader who can prepare comprehensive MIS reports , handle reconciliation and consolidation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Finance Operations & Leadership : Lead a team responsible for day-to-day GL, AP, AR , and MIS functions.
• General Ledger (GL) : Manage all aspects of GL accounting, including journal entries and intercompany adjustments.
• Accounts Payable (AP) : Supervise the entire Accounts Payable process, from invoice booking and vendor reconciliations to payment processing.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) : Oversee invoicing, track receivables, and perform customer account reconciliation.
• Reconciliation & Consolidation : Handle reconciliation and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy across all financial records.
• MIS Reporting : Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR / AP Ageing, and Working Capital analysis.
• Compliance & Regulatory Reporting : Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory and reporting standards.
