These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Those in Oracle technology at PwC will focus on utilising and managing Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation configuration administration development and support of Oracle products and solutions.

Senior manager-level positionis responsible fora segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry service line technology center specialtyareaor region. Main responsibilities include people management project oversight and sales enablement. Accountable for operational / financial metrics andmaintainingproject / portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery andmaintainingcustomerreference ability.

Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable manages arelatively smallnumber of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.

Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders customers and vendors. Producttechnologyor industryexpertiserelevant to the portfolio focus. Selling travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Minimum14 years of total experience relevant to thispositionincluding 5 years of project management experience.

• Should have multiple full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end HCM cloud implementations or 5 years of HCM Oracle cloud experience.
• Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to solution design implementation data-migration system testing user acceptance testing and go-live.
• Exposure toSaaS and PaaS delivery models.
• Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
• Navigate the complexities of cross-border and / or diverse teams and engagements.
• Initiate and lead open conversations with teamsclientsand stakeholders to build trust.
• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
• Strong people and team management experience

As part of the Oracle Technology team you will manage a segment within a given project portfolio focusing on people management project oversight and sales enablement. As a Senior Manager you will maintain operational and financial metrics while preserving project profitability and quality delivery.
