Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant to join our team and drive end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating HCM modules to optimize business processes and support organizational transformation. You will work closely with clients and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple HCM domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in at least two full-cycle HCM implementation projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation).
• Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports, SQL, and PL / SQL scripts.
• Manage integrations and personalizations, including web services, roles, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration across HCM modules.
• Provide technical guidance on system design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support change management and system enhancements during and post-implementation.
