Role Overview :

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support business requirements analysis and contribute to pre-sales efforts through product demonstrations and client interactions. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with a foundational understanding of SDLC, product features, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs.
• Assist in drafting functional documents : BRD, FRD, user stories, and wireframes.
• Actively contribute in client calls, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with UI / UX and development teams to translate business problems into solutions.
• Assist in proposal / RFP preparation with a focus on business use cases and product alignment.
• Perform data analysis and build reports in Excel / Google Sheets for decision-making.
• Support UAT planning, coordination, and validation.
