Role description

Business Data Analyst with SQL skills and Data background -

8+ years of experience

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
• Needs to be accountable for offshore delivery from technical perspective and guide / mentor data developers
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Work on integrating data from Compass, LMS, and Dynamics 365, ensuring data lineage, governance, and quality compliance
• Knowledge in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Snowflake
• Knowledge in ETL / ELT pipeline development and optimization
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data quality frameworks
• Experience with cloud-based data architecture (Azure preferred)
