What You Will Do

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Candidate Assessment : Ensure candidates are qualified and align with our culture, focusing on both aptitude and attitude.
• Team Collaboration : Understand team goals and requirements, collaborating with other departments to find the best fit.
• Job Advertisements : Create and post job ads, distributing them on social media platforms and job portals.
• Event Organization : Organize recruitment fairs and other events to attract potential candidates.
• Global Interaction : Interact with global team members to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Scheduling : Coordinate phone interviews and candidate tests, and prepare feedback reports for applicants.
