Key Responsibilities :
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Equity Advisors to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen the client acquisition pipeline.
Ensure team achieves monthly / quarterly targets for
DEMAT & Trading account openings
Drive cross-selling of
Third-Party Products (TPP)
– Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.
Support the team in
joint client meetings
and resolving escalations promptly.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of
equity market, DEMAT & Trading operations, and wealth management products
Proven ability in
sales leadership, team handling, and business growth
High energy, target-oriented, and able to
thrive under pressure
