BigCommerce Project Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a BigCommerce Project Manager who has hands-on experience managing BigCommerce implementations and upgrades . This role requires someone who understands the BigCommerce ecosystem end-to-end — from setup, theme customization, and integrations to store launch and post-deployment optimization. The ideal candidate has led multiple BigCommerce-focused projects , collaborating closely with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality e-commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of BigCommerce projects — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all BigCommerce-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom BigCommerce storefronts, APIs, and integrations .
• Oversee migration projects to BigCommerce from platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and implement BigCommerce apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.
• Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.
• Provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes, especially for BigCommerce delivery workflows.
