About Kidology :
Kidology is a fast-scaling D2C kids’ lifestyle and toy brand built at the intersection of creativity, fun, and functionality. With growing demand in the Q-Commerce space, we are on a mission to make Kidology products instantly available at customers’ doorsteps via platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
What You’ll Do :
- Drive growth on Q-Commerce platforms by creating and executing strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue.
- Own listing optimization – from titles, keywords, and creatives to pricing strategies – to maximize discoverability and sales.
- Plan and run platform campaigns, offers, and marketing initiatives in sync with overall brand goals.
- Analyze sales data, CTR, conversions, and retention trends to identify growth levers.
- Work closely with design & marketing teams to build platform-specific creatives, banners, and brand presence .
- Collaborate with platform account managers for growth-focused tie-ups and visibility boosters .
- Monitor competition and identify whitespace opportunities for category dominance.
- Ensure smooth inventory alignment so growth campaigns never face out-of-stock hurdles.
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce / E-Commerce growth roles.Hands-on exposure to Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart (must-have).Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into growth actions.Startup / D2C brand background preferred – someone who can hustle and own results.Growth mindset with creativity to experiment and optimize.
