Job Title : Key Account Manager – E-commerce / Quick Commerce

Location : Noida

Department : E-commerce / Sales

Reporting To : Ecom Head

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) with expertise in

managing accounts across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate

will have hands-on experience in onboarding new categories, strong operational knowledge

of online platforms, and proven ability in relationship building and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

 Channel Management :

o Manage key accounts across major e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and

quick commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.) platforms.

o Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and margin targets

across all platforms.

 Category & Product Onboarding :

o Lead the onboarding process for new categories and SKUs across platforms.

o Ensure accurate listing, content hygiene, pricing, and inventory alignment in

collaboration with internal and external teams.

 Business Development :

o Identify category growth opportunities, white spaces, and product expansion

potential across platforms.

o Drive visibility and sales through promotions, campaigns, and exclusive

launches.

 Relationship Management :

o Build and maintain strategic relationships with platform category teams and

internal stakeholders.

o Serve as the single point of contact for all key account activities, issue

resolutions, and business alignments.

 Analytics & Reporting :

o Monitor performance metrics, category contribution, and sales trends.

o Share regular reports and insights with leadership to drive informed

decisions.

Requirements :

 Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce account management.

 Sound understanding of platform operations, category management, and digital

trade marketing.

 Experience in onboarding and scaling new categories online.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics / reporting tools.

Preferred Experience :

 Prior exposure to toys or baby hardlines categories would be a strong advantage.
