The Marketing Excellence will drive key strategic marketing initiatives and ensure operational execution across geographies and functions. The role encompasses project management of strategic initiatives, driving marketing analytics and insights through consumer surveys and market sizing, and building governance around high-impact marketing projects.
This role will also play an important part in due diligence during potential acquisitions, providing market, brand, and category-level insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Support & Project Management
- Lead project management of strategic marketing and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish strong governance frameworks for tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Connect dots across products, categories, geographies, ingredients, and marketing processes to enable system-level decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate proactively to maintain execution momentum and business alignment.
Consumer Insights & Market Sizing
Lead all consumer survey initiatives to capture evolving customer preferences and market needs.Define TAM, SAM, and SOM across categories, regions, and innovation pipelines.Translate insights into actionable business recommendations that inform innovation, go-to-market, and category strategies.Create and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to visualize insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.M&A Due Diligence Support
Support due diligence during acquisitions by analyzing market potential, brand positioning, and category performance.Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education : MBA in Marketing
Experience :
2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing strategy—preferably in the nutraceuticals, or health sciences sector.
