Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team. This person will be instrumental in creating demand, identifying prospective customers, and increasing the company's revenue pipeline through a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert target customers across various channels (email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO).
• Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and optimize the lead handover process.
• Create and manage targeted campaigns (e.G., landing pages, webinars, whitepapers, events) to attract high-quality leads.
• Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture and track leads through the sales funnel.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct A / B testing on campaign elements (emails, ads, landing pages) to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-converting assets like email templates, advertisements, and blog content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging channels to identify new lead generation opportunities.
• Manage partnerships and third-party vendors (e.G., paid media agencies, event organizers) to maximize lead generation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR in lead generation practices.
