We seek a skilled and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our digital presence. This role involves creating impactful content, managing ad campaigns, and leveraging analytics to build brand recognition and drive engagement within the technology and AI-driven solutions space.

Develop engaging and original content that highlights our unique value proposition in technological innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase products, innovations, and thought leadership.
Ensure the brand's voice is consistent and aligned with corporate values.
Develop engaging content tailored to various platforms(LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Schedule and manage posts to make sure that you communicate consistently and timely.
Experiment with new content formats and platforms to reach broader audiences.
Create multimedia content that demonstrates technical expertise and company capabilities.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Build and maintain strong connections with followers, partners, and industry influencers.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to foster positive engagement.
Monitor online sentiment and address any issues or feedback professionally and timely.
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the technology sector
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Basic video editing skills.
Fundamental understanding of SEO principles.
Creative thinking with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
