Job descriptionTrack Leads on Monthly basis for conversion rate. Ensure smooth transition of leads to the sales team. Handle and Track Enquiries generated through web portal and coordinate with sales team to close the TAT. Maintain and Update customer data in the CRM (SAP) System. Customer Segmentation vertical wise Make effective use of AI tools Run email / WhatsApp campaigns to existing customer / prospects by sharing Newsletter; Product Catalogs; Success Stories; Introduction mailers; Maintain database of presentations / success stories. Track likes / shares / comments and followers growth on social media sites Create and manage high quality contents for various marketing channels (Blogs, Emails, Social media posts). Coordinate with vertical Managers & Corporate Communication team to organize webinars / Exhibitions / Seminars. Support Vertical Managers in catalog / Flyer development Assist Vertical Managers for customer / consultant approvals Coordinate with Application Manager / Vertical managers / corporate communication team for Product Performance Videos and its launch on the social networking sites. Coordinate with Corporate Communication to create engaging posts on social media to increase brand visibility. Coordinate with corporate communication team for website updates. Monitor and analyses customer’s sentiment towards the brand through surveys / reviews / social media mentions. Track Industry Trends and competitor websites / blogs / product updates / marketing strategies and align our marketing strategy accordingly. Track customer satisfaction scores / Levels post product installation services / breakdown calls / product Training.

To handle digital marketing activities for the Drives & Automation Division for enhancing brand image, visibility reach and to generate leads for business growth by coordination with sales team and vertical managers.
