Responsibilities

• Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Maintain a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.
• Schedule interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.
• Establish connections with placement third party hiring vendors to generate leads for

recruitment.
