About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and strategic Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring across functions. The role involves managing a small TA team, partnering with department heads, and ensuring smooth and timely closures while driving employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Lead and guide the TA team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing plans.
  • Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc.) and ensure process efficiency.
  • Support employer branding through hiring posts, social media updates, and campus / outreach activities.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with team handling exposure.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
