We are growing rapidly and are looking for a high-performing Key Accounts Manager to nurture and grow our enterprise partnerships with corporates and institutions across sectors.
Role Overview :
As the Key Accounts Manager, you will be the face of CNH for our corporate clients. You will own the end-to-end relationship with assigned enterprise accounts-ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving engagement across health offerings, and expanding wallet share through upselling and cross-selling.
This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients
- Build strong, consultative relationships with HR / Benefits heads, CXOs, and admin leads
- Conduct regular reviews to share performance metrics, feedback, and engagement plans
Account Growth & Engagement
Understand client needs and co-create customized health & wellness solutionsDrive adoption of services like doctor consultations, diagnostics, wellness camps, EAPs, and onsite clinicsIdentify opportunities for upselling and renewals to expand CNH's footprint within client organizationsOperational Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (clinical operations, diagnostics, tech, and customer service) to ensure smooth executionResolve service issues swiftly and proactively to maintain client satisfactionTrack SLAs, utilization rates, and engagement KPIs for your accountsReporting & Insights
Present performance reports, usage trends, and health outcomes to clientsGenerate data-driven insights to demonstrate impact and influence strategic decisionsMaintain updated client records in CRM systems and internal trackersWhat We're Looking For :
Experience & Skills
4-7 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or enterprise partnershipsPrior experience in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, wellness, or B2B SaaS is highly desirableStrong client handling and stakeholder management skills across senior levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)Mindset & Attributes
