Roles & Responsibilities :
P&L and Strategic Execution
- Maintain the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
- Execute branch strategy in alignment with the overall Branch Banking goals of the bank
- Ensure sustained revenue generation through cross-sell of Third Party Products (TPP), Retail Assets (RA), and Business Banking (BB) products
- Drive CASA mobilization through focused efforts in branch catchment
Customer Service & Experience
Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATsDrive consistently high service scores and standardsConduct customer engagement initiatives and marketing eventsOversee CRM implementation and utilization across Sales, Relationship, and BSD teamsOperations, Controls & Compliance
Ensure branch and ATM upkeep and escalate issues as requiredCoordinate with fraud risk teams to ensure efficient fraud managementEnsure full compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirementsEnsure timely MIS reporting and adherence to internal control systemsGuarantee safety and security of branch assets and customer depositsPerformance Management
Track and monitor branch productivity and book movement on a daily basisCollaborate with HCM Business Partner for performance evaluations and training needs assessmentManage attrition through role clarity and employee engagement initiativesPeople Management & Development
