Job description

he ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quality software and web applications
  • 5+ Experience with Lifecomm and Assembler
  • Experience working on Annuities or Universal Life, Traditional Life Products, etc
  • 5 years working on the Mainframe.
  • 4+ years of Insurance Software such as ifeComm
  • A good working knowledge of COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM
  • Analyze and maintain existing software applications
  • Design highly scalable, testable code
  • Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications

  • Development experience with Life Insurance applications in any of the following(Vantage, wmA, Life70, CyberLife, LifeComm
