Varicent ICM Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Varicent ICM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Varicent ICM platform, with a proven track record of developing and implementing complex incentive compensation solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our ICM systems, ensuring they meet the business needs of our Life Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development & Implementation : Lead the design, development, and implementation of Varicent ICM solutions, including rule sets, calculations, reports, and workflows.
• System Maintenance & Optimization : Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Varicent ICM applications to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Data Management : Manage data integration, ETL processes, and data validation within the Varicent ICM environment.
• Functional Expertise : Apply strong functional knowledge of agency commissions management, including hierarchy structures and commission calculations specific to the Life Insurance domain.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Cloud Migration : Actively participate in and contribute to projects involving the migration of our ICM solutions to the Varicent ICM Cloud platform.
