We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Digital Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bangalore / Noida / GGN / Pune / Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status / impediments with the greater project team.
• Lead / Manage - Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status / impediments with the greater project team.
• Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
• Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with the Leads for project delivery
• Coordinate with the EM / PM and Client for project delivery
• Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.
• End to end ownership of assigned projects
• Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.
