BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive).8–10 years of hands-on experience in the Automotive industry.Strong knowledge and application of Lean tools & methodologies.Six Sigma Green Belt certification(Pref).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to coach across shop floor to senior management.Adaptability and resilience in dynamic CI environments.Skills Required
