Job Description : HR Operations Generalist
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from Whitefield office)
We are looking for an HR Operations Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations / shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, strong in MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related documentation
- Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance of HR letters
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports / dashboards
- Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution
- Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
- Coordinate with vendors for wellness programs and CSR engagements
- Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements
