Description : About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our Luxury Residential Sales division.
The role demands exceptional sales acumen, deep understanding of high-end real estate markets, and the ability to build trusted relationships with discerning clientele.
You will be responsible for driving premium sales, enhancing customer experience, and contributing strategically to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Execution : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals in the luxury residential segment.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, investors, and corporate clients through consultative and personalized selling.
- Lead Management : Generate, qualify, and convert leads from multiple sources including referrals, digital campaigns, and channel partners.
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Negotiation & Closure : Lead negotiations for high-value deals with a focus on maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor developments, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to provide strategic insights.
- Team Leadership (for Manager Level) : Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and maintain a culture of excellence.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and MIS reports for management review.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and CRM teams to design and execute promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
