Job Description :
Change Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the process of implementing changes to product designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and associated documentation within the organization. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that changes are properly evaluated, approved, and executed while minimizing disruptions to production and maintaining product quality.
Roles and Responsibilities include
- Coordinates ECO for product release of sales and production BOMs
- Evaluate proposed changes for technical feasibility, impact on design, manufacturing, cost, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
- Engineering Change Order (ECO) Analyzation & Coordination of new BOM structure - set up System Data and Document Maintenance
- Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless implementation of approved changes, updating BOMs and associated documentation.
- Data and Document Integrity between Agile & SAP
