- Configure, deploy and upgrade Salesforce in accordance with the company plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents and test plans
- Managing on-going business requirements lifecycle by design, development, testing and rollout of new capabilities

BS or MS in Computer Science and related degree4-7 years of experience as Salesforce analyst in global companiesExcellent understanding of business processes and technical background and experienceStrong Technical skills in Salesforce administration and troubleshooting Ability to see things forward and manage problems as they ariseFamiliar with project management methodologies and tools (advanced excel, MS project, JIRA)Multitasking capabilitiesAbility to work with a variety of stakeholdersPositive customer facing attitudeFamiliarity with sales, marketing, order management and services Business ProcessesFamiliarity With BI tools such as Power BI - advantageTeam player with strong communication and organizational skillsHigh level of English (writing and speaking)Skills Required
