Looking for a technical recruiter for a contract to hire role. This role will be based in India and focused on hiring top-tier talent across Argentina, Brazil, and the broader LATAM region .
Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across LATAM.Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.Maintain strong pipelines and ensure timely closures.Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.Required Qualifications :
Minimum 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in technical domains.Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience working in a metrics-driven environment .Strong understanding of LATAM hiring practices and market trends .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .Additional Requirements :
Willingness to relocate to one of the following cities in India : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Noida .Comfortable working in the ART time zone to align with LATAM operations.Other details : -
