Overview :
As a key member of our Contractual hiring India recruitment team, you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and identifying top-tier candidates across the Indian IT market. Your focus will be on Contractual / contract to hire hiring across customers and skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Contract / Contract to hire roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding PAN India.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for contract positions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Conduct effective communication and negotiation with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications :
1–4 years of hands-on experience in contractual hiring.Proven expertise in sourcing for contract roles.Familiarity with major job boards and sourcing tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Team PlayerLocation - Sector 63, Noida.
