Freshers to 2 years
Job Responsibilities :
1. Handling end to end recruitment process, focused on Sourcing.
2. Should be able to develop & update Job descriptions & Job specifications with minimal Information
3. Conducting preliminary interviews and screening best-fit candidates for open positions.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring managers.
5. Should have exposure to the latest industry trends & Social Media Platforms & other hiring source tools for hiring needs.
6. Should be aware of CTC Survey analysis.
7. Should be able to manage & achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity.
8. Act as a single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders to build influential relationships.
9. Provide Analytical & well documented reports.
Desired Skill :
1. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills with a higher motivation level.
2. Prior work experience in IT industry is a good to have.
3. Must be Well Familiar with Recruitment / HR Software.
4. Should have a Solution based, Process-oriented Approach
5. Strong Decision-Making skills.
Relevant Experience :
Good to have : IT Infra or Cyber Security or Social Media Sourcing experience.
