Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role based in Bodh Gaya. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating with team members across departments. This role includes overseeing workflow, monitoring ongoing projects, and providing updates to management. The Coordinator will also work closely with vendors, maintain compliance with company standards, and handle client inquiries to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Time Management skills
• Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Vendor Coordination and Supply Chain Processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Reporting, and Data Analysis
• Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Leadership abilities
• Fluency in Hindi and English for effective communication
• Knowledge of real estate project workflows is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
