How You'll Impact Fossil
This role will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive and effective integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker, an expert in integrated marketing, and a leader who can inspire and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This person will work closely with the commercial teams, merchants and cross functional channel teams to oversee the entire brand activation process (e.g., quarterbacks across all of digital marketing, media, CRM, VM, social, site UI / UX, stores, wholesale, trade mktg to integrate and align campaign strategy / KPIs). This position requires a start-up 'go-getter' mentality and the ability to articulate a vision for both the near and long-term future. You must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in standard methodologies with marketing frameworks, tools, platforms and processes. This person will also be digitally savvy in all areas of ecommerce, digital marketing and 3P partners.
