Job Overview :
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing communications, crafting sales proposals, assisting the Managing Director, and ensuring professional client engagement. The role demands strong communication, proposal development, and presentation skills along with proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Collaboration with the Founder :
- Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Support the Founder during high-profile meetings and ensure follow-up on action points.
2. Communication Excellence :
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.Manage timely follow-ups and drive discussions.Draft and edit professional emails.Handle client correspondence and calls efficiently.3. Sales Proposal Development :
Prepare compelling, client-specific sales proposals.Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with business goals.4. Client Relationship Management :
Conduct meetings with existing and potential clients.Maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement.Serve as the primary contact for client queries and feedback.Identify new business opportunities through relationship-building.5. Presentation Development :
Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.Ensure brand-aligned and effective presentation materials.6. MS Office Proficiency :
Utilize advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Develop templates, reports, and productivity tools.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (mandatory).Proven experience in a Client Relations or similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with high-net-worth clients.Expertise in proposal writing and presentation development.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.Skills Required
