The Senior Manager Category will own the category's P&L, driving sustained revenue growth, margin improvement, and inventory efficiency. The role combines commercial acumen, analytical depth, and an intuitive understanding of consumer behaviour in the jewellery segment. The incumbent will identify growth opportunities across product, price, and customer journeys while maintaining profitability and inventory health within industry guardrails.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership

• Drive revenue and gross margin targets for the Jewellery category
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with business goals
• Track key metrics including sales, contribution margin, and working capital efficiency
