Operational Excellence Associate
Triple seeks a skilled Operational Excellence Associate to join our team. This role involves managing operational and back-office tasks for US-based businesses, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Administrative / Executive Support : Manage executives' schedules, handle emails, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Reporting and Analytics : Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports and dashboards providing accurate data-driven insights.
- Business Process Improvement : Oversee and optimize key processes fostering cross-functional collaboration and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Project Management : Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Data Management : Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems.
- Research : Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports.
- Vendor Management : Manage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contracts.
Requirements
