Lead strategic hiring efforts to attract top-tier talent for critical roles. Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding. Drive initiatives to foster collaboration and innovation aligned with business objectives. Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and performance reviews to boost productivity. Create impactful reports and case studies for internal and external audiences. Optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or operations. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement.
