We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions to expand the use of Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to optimize Dynamics 365 CRM modules for maximum performance.
• Customize and configure CRM components, including forms, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate and streamline processes.
• Leverage SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI to create reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support agile development and deployment practices.
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems via REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
