Key Responsibilities :
CRM Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and maintain Plugins using C# and .NET to extend CRM functionality.
- Implement JavaScript for client-side validation, UI enhancements, and form logic.
- Perform form and field customization (business rules, conditional visibility, validation).
- Configure and implement Ribbon Customizations for enhanced user interactions.
- Customize and configure Model-Driven Apps within Dynamics 365.
Process Automation & Flows :
Develop and manage Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Workflows, Custom Flows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automating business processes.Create and configure Custom Pages and Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module :
Configure and customize Sales entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.Implement enhancements to support lead, opportunity, account, and pipeline management.Ensure smooth integration of Sales processes with other modules and third-party systems.Integration & Deployment :
Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using .NET, APIs, and SDKs.Deploy, test, and troubleshoot CRM customizations and integrations.Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and security & Delivery :Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviews.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and organizational standards.Mandatory Skills :
