Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Manage a team and ensure sales targets are met consistently.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience :Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO sector.Hands-on experience in upselling and sales management.Knowledge of the BFSI sector is preferable.Additional Skills :Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Additional Information
