Job description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee legal receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all legal transactions are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to receivables.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
