Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility :

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as delinquency rates and collection times.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Train and guide junior staff members on receivable management best practices.

Job Requirements :

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
