We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Director to join our team at Newport Gardens Early Years Centre . This is a dynamic leadership opportunity where you will inspire and drive the educational program and practice through mentoring and providing professional development to educators. The role will be a combination of Education Leader & Assistant Centre Director responsibilities with an expectation to cover in the rooms as required as well as administration support (if required).

We are a large family friendly team whom are flexible and value childrens voices. We have a beautiful environment, amazing outdoors including a bush garden. We have efficient planning time, training opportunities including an annual conference where we all of ECMS come together and we close for two weeks at Christmas and not to mention a fabulous coffee shop across the road.
This is a full-time ongoing role, working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster.
