Job description of Real Estate Sales / Business Development Executive : -

Real Estate Experiences sales persons as well as freshers are required. For Freshers, Company would be providing extensive on the job training.

Sharp analytical capabilities to quickly understand the requirements of the customers and accordingly proposes the options meeting with their requirements.

Someone, who is Go getter and believe in making things happen rather than waiting for things to happen. Person with fire in the belly to achieve something great for the company.

Informing customers about the latest real estate projects and their benefits. Explaining in-depth analysis of pros and cons of different projects.

Coordinate with sales team and upper management for business development and resolving customer queries.

Day time job (no night shift).

Female and Male, both are required.

Following skills are required from Business Development Executive : -

Good communication skill in English and Hindi mandatory.

Pleasant personality, good work ethics, positive attitude.

Ability to work professionally with customers, sales team and the company management.

Basic computer skills like internet, emails, MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point presentation.

Graduates would be preferred however good under graduates will also be considered.

Preferred qualification : B.E. / B.Tech., BBA, MBA, B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BCA.

Salary :

For Freshers : INR 3.0 Lakh per annum onwards.

For Real Estate Sales experienced persons, salary would be as per their experience.
