The Head of HR will be responsible for all aspects of HR, managing the entire life cycle of company’s employee base across its various offices.
Responsibilities
Strategic leadership :
Leading the development and execution of HR initiatives that directly support the company’s goals and long-term strategy.
Organizational culture champion :
Cultivating a workplace environment that supports growth, innovation, one company spirit, and inclusiveness.
Talent management :
Overseeing talent acquisition and retention efforts while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Organizational development :
Driving change management initiatives, helping the organization adapt and thrive in an evolving business environment.
Performance Management and Development :
Drive formulation of annual Objectives and KPIs. Ensure timely implementation of performance management interventions, including objective setting, regular feedback sessions, reviews and development interventions.
Learning & Development :
Design and implement Learning and Training initiatives, identifying critical needs and skills gaps, and devise Learning / training maps ensuring the various functions are adequately equipped to perform and deliver for today’s business requirements and ready for future growth plans.
Coaching & Success Planning :
Work closely with C-suite and Founders to identify succession plan for critical roles. Work as a coach and confidante to CEO and Founder.
Diversity and inclusion :
Championing initiatives to build an inclusive and diverse workforce on all spectrums, actively working to create a workplace where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and empowered.
Employee experience :
Establish uniform experience through effective onboarding, training, career development, and retention strategies across diverse geographical regions.
Legal compliance :
Ensuring all HR practices comply with national, state, and local labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk for the organization.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills :
Proven experience in leading Global HR function with exposure to multi-country HR Operations.
Working with Founders and C-Suite across various business units / regions.
Overall experience of 20+ years, leading HR function, with at least 5 years in leading large teams.
Deep understanding of talent management and compliance practices, and a track record of leading successful HR teams.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Desired Skills :
Exposure to HR Digital & technology.
Prior experience in managing HR / Internal Communications.
Education Qualification :
Postgraduate in HRM.
Pay range and compensation package
This position is a global role based at Dhaka, Bangladesh. It will require travel (~ 25%) to other countries, on need basis.
