Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team and key accounts to ensure timely communication and updates.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and related sales documents.
• Maintain sales trackers, order status, and payment follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order deliveries.
• Support the accounts team by forwarding bills and ensuring smooth documentation flow.
• Respond to customer queries and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Assist the management with sales reports, data entry, and CRM updates.
