Project Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead client projects across various domains. As the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams, you will drive conversations with clients, prioritize tasks for teams, identify improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams, with experience in Data Analytics, AI / ML, and CRM platforms. You will possess strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.

• Lead client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables
• Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
• Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery
• Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability
• Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives
