Job Title : Executive Assistant to the Head of Finance
Location : 4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh – 160002
Please Note : This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.
Salary : Up to 40,000 CTC
Timings : 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM / 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM occasionally
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Draft minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and business support to the Head of Finance.
- Assist with basic finance / business-related tasks when required.
