Performance Marketer (Apply Now)

Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio building a diverse portfolio of subscription-based apps across health, travel, utilities, and education. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising.

What You'll Do :

• Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and more.
• Work with the product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives—both static and video.
• Own performance dashboards and reporting (GA, Firebase, AppsFlyer, MMPs).
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV.
• Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, targeting hacks, and performance benchmarks.
