We have 9 openings in total — 3 each for APAC , EMEA , and North American (MST) regions.
Each role follows a 9-hour shift (8 active working hours + 1-hour break) .
APAC Region : 5 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM IST
EMEA Region : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST
North American Region (MST) : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST

Role Overview As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our potential clients — driving lead generation, qualification, and top-of-funnel growth for our Tech, Digital, and Talent divisions.
You’ll work closely with our Business Development Executives and Sales Heads to fuel the company’s international expansion.
Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify potential clients in assigned regions.
Conduct outbound outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Team.
Maintain accurate and updated data within CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
Achieve monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and lead conversions.
Required Skills Must-Have :
Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent).
Strong research and prospecting ability.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Understanding of outbound sales processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to regional time zones.
Preferred :
Experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Prior experience in international B2B lead generation.
Knowledge of SaaS, IT, Digital Marketing, or Talent Solutions sectors.
Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
0–2 years of experience in international sales or business development.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work regional shifts.
Compensation Competitive salary structure with attractive performance-based incentives.
(Earnings potential : ₹3.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA based on region and experience.)
