About the role
The Senior Learning & Development Consultant plays a pivotal role in designing, developing & delivering learning experiences at Cbus.
You will design, develop, and implement impactful learning initiatives that not only support strategic projects but also lead fund-wide learning programmes that drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify learning needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that meet both project requirements and fund- wide priorities. This includes creating and maintaining high-quality resources such as web-based training, facilitator guides, and supporting materials using the ADDIE framework to ensure consistency and excellence.
A key part of the role is also managing CLAIR, our in-house learning management system, while also leveraging external platforms to create engaging, interactive content using text, visuals, video, and audio. By doing so, you’ll ensure Cbus employees have timely access to effective learning that strengthens and uplifts knowledge to deliver on strategic goals.
