About The Role
We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team at Niyo. They will be responsible for engaging, educating and onboarding walk-in leads at partner Visa Processing Centers (on-site) and other channels of our secondary product placement. This would be on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers at partner premises to promote and onboard foreign travelers for Niyo Global Cards.Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Niyo Global Cards and other relevant services / cross sell to potential customers.Participate actively in sales training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales process.Explore other channels for our product placement to maintain good onboarding volume owned.Required Skills And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in financial product sales or customer service is an advantage.Benefits
